Product Agreement: Per The Pc Connect Store's products description that you selected and agreed to, the order is to be delivered within 24 hours (PST) via email and or text . This is not an instant download. Orders are processed by our automated system in the order they are received. We cannot override the automated system. NO EXCEPTIONS. Physical Software Return Policy. Opened & or defective software may be returned within 7 days of delivery date' for exchange of the same title or store credit only. Un Opened software may be returned within 10 days of its delivery for a full refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping returned software is the responsibility of the customer unless product is defective. A restocking fee of 20% applies to opened & or used software.

Digital Software Product(s) & Shipping Eligible Media. Some downloadable software that is purchased may also be shipped by default if the software is eligible or qualifies as physical media depending on the manufacture's distribution. The Pc Connect Store may use any shipping service or shipping speed as per the stores discretion. Contact us to see if the software is eligible to be shipped.

Electronic Download Software (ESD) Return Policy, All licensing, product keys, serial numbers or activation codes sales are final. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the software purchased meets the customers Pc's system requirements. Defective software may be returned within 7 days of invoice date only for exchange of the same title or store credit only. It is the customers responsibility to download the Electronic Download Software once it has been issued. You have 7 days to exchange it or ask for store credit unless the return policy or warranty states otherwise. Please check the product(s) ad page. If your software has exceeded our return policy date or warranty, The Pc Connect Store isn't responsible for (A), any customers pc'(s) issues or problems with their pc, (B) for any 3rd party programs installed on the customers pc from stopping, blocking and or hindering the purchased software from installing or functioning correctly, due to these 3rd party programs or customer(s) pc security settings. or anti virus programs. Electronic downloads are stored on Microsoft or other secured US based servers.

Note: Antivirus publishers frequently update their products. Downloaded games and software can be incorrectly identified as harmful files. All Games & Software Downloads go through a review process that includes virus and spyware scanning from the host provider. Storing infected files is illegal for any host provider in the United States and they simply wont allow it. Keep in mind 3rd party host providers use sophisticated commercial anti virus software that any simple store bought Anti Virus software cant compare. If your download is flagged as harmful, contact your anti-virus software publisher to report the false positive report so they can make the correct changes in there software ,as Anti Virus programs are not 100% accurate in detection and mistakes will be made by the Anti Virus Software.

Electronics Return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you have ordered A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price applies opened & used software, Electronics drones, DSLR cameras and lenses, mirror less cameras and lenses, electric bikes, electric mopeds, leg and body recovery systems, premium camcorders, projectors, projector screens, and special-order products.  Go to Return Merchandise or Replace Items. 

Technology and Business Machines
Technology and business machines — such as computers, digital cameras, printers and tablets — may only be returned within 90 days of the date of receipt, including brand technology and business machine products

Apple Care+
Customers who purchased an Apple Care+ Protection may return Apple Care within 30 days to receive a full refund. All requests to cancel Apple Care+ beyond 30 days must be directed to Apple to receive a pro-rated refund.

Ink and Toner Cartridges
Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges, currently carried in our U.S. stores, may be returned at any time for a full refund.

Prepaid Cards
Gift cards and phone cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. They are valid only at the retailer/service provider listed on the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific terms and conditions are included with each card.

Returns with a Receipt
If you paid:
with cash, debit card, and you have your receipt, we'll refund your purchase.
Using a debit card, and if the card and PIN code are present during the refund, we'll credit the account used for payment. Any product that's returned without a promotional item(s) that was included in the original transaction (e.g., buy a printer, get free ink),  will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded. Any return of product that included a promotional gift card in the original transaction (e.g., buy a printer, get free gift card), will have the value of the promotional gift card deducted from the amount refunded as gift cards cannot be returned. For purchases made online or over the phone with multiple methods of payment, the refund will be processed in the following order: ,major credit card, prepaid credit card (bank-issued gift card), check and gift card. It's important to keep your prepaid credit card until you're completely satisfied with your purchase as we are required to process the refund to the original method of payment. 

OPEN BOX POLICY
Open-Box products are returned by customers, served as store display models, or were opened for inspection due to package damage. They are tested to assure proper function. Call store for specific warranty and return policy questions. Open box items are tested to function properly, but may be missing parts. Open Box items can be returned for a refund within 90 days of your invoice date. We do not provide a replacement option due to the fact that we cannot control or predict our supply of Open Box items. Open Box items usually do not come with manufacturer warranty support, unless otherwise indicated.

Dispute Resolution 
AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH COLLECTIONS AGENCY OR IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AGREEMENT You agreed prior to checking out to any chargeback, chargeback fees, filled, debt or controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service rendered from The Pc Connect Store. By binding contract Terms and Policy regardless of any credit card company reversals decision in your favor, you may be held in a small claims court and or not limited to judgment and 3^rd party Collections Agency for any un paid products or services rendered to you. The Pc Connect Store takes fraudulent chargeback claims seriously. We reserve the right to suspend any account for any reason but not limited to chargeback’s. If your account is suspended you will not be able to purchase products from our website or distribution.

Late Fees.
You agreed prior to checking out If any portion of your bill is not paid by the due date, The Pc Connect Store may charge you a late fee on unpaid balance. The late fee will be the lesser of 1.5 % per month, or the highest rate permitted by law. If The Pc Connect Store uses a collection agency or legal action to recover monies due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses we incur to recover such monies, including attorneys' fees. If you fail to pay on time and The Pc Connect Store refers your account(s) to a third party for collection, a collection fee will be assessed and will be due at the time of the referral to the third party. The fee will be calculated at the maximum percentage permitted by applicable law, not to exceed 18 percent.

Return Authorization Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request an Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at The Pc Connect Store sole discretion. Return Authorization Number (RA).

Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. The Pc Connect Store will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, The Pc Connect Store may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If The Pc Connect Store, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
