At The Pc Connect Store , we want you to love your purchase. We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. Because we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations.
1. The Cancellation Window

After the Window: Once an order has been processed by our warehouse or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already left our facility, we cannot stop the shipment. However, you are still welcome to return the item once it arrives. Please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original method of payment. Bank processing times vary, but refunds typically appear on your statement within [e.g.,  1 to 10] business days.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: Inaccurate inventory levels (item out of stock). If we must cancel your order, you will be notified immediately via email, and your payment will be refunded in full. Allow 24 hours for reversal.

Thank you for shopping at The Pc Connect Store. Due to the immediate digital nature of our products, our cancellation policy for downloadable goods differs from physical items. Please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The Strict "No Cancellation" Policy
Because digital products are delivered within 24 hours to your device or email inbox upon purchase, all sales of digital download products are final unless stated on the products page.
Cancellation Time window Exceptions : You can cancel a digital item within 1 hour of your purchase if the download product hasn't been sent. Once a download link has been generated, issued, or accessed, the order cannot be canceled or exchanged. By completing your purchase, you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download process has begun.

2. Why We Cannot Accept Cancellations
Unlike physical merchandise, digital files cannot be physically returned or "un-downloaded." Once the data is delivered, the customer retains possession of the product indefinitely. This policy helps us protect our intellectual property and maintain fair pricing for all customers.

3. Exceptions and Technical Issues
While all sales are technically final, we want you to have a seamless experience. We will evaluate refund or replacement requests on a strict case-by-case basis under the following circumstances: Corrupted or Broken Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or non-functional, and we cannot provide a working replacement within [48 hours], a refund may be issued.

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in a single transaction or within a short window, please contact us immediately for a refund on the duplicate item. Unsent Links: If a system error occurs and your download link was never generated or emailed to you, you may cancel for a full refund prior to the link being delivered.
