If you have Windows USER ACCOUNT CONTROL ENABLED on your pc you must select yes as shown to allow the installation. NOTE: if you have a 3rd party anti virus or firewall program installed make sure to allow the download as some anti virus programs will block downloads automatically by default.

To Open & Find The Downloads Folder
Quickly Access the downloads folder by pressing the
WIN+E keys on the keyboard together. Look for the DOWNLOADS folder as shown double click on the folder to open the DOWNLOADS FOLDER. Look for your H & R Block Setup file, now right click on the Setup file & select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. The H & R Block installation will begin installation please be patient for it to start.
